Kaiser cuts the ribbon on a new medical, dental office
In Hillsboro, Kaiser Permanente opened a new medical and dental office in March.
The new Tanasbourne office will house addiction medicine, dental, dermatology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.
Patients will be able to check in for appointments remotely on a mobile app and just use a kiosk when they arrive to let service providers know they are ready to be seen.
There is also a public square inside that will offer a cafe and a place to relax prior to appointments.
In the public square, there will also be display screens estimating patients' wait times and appointment locations.
It's the first Kaiser Permanente facility in the Northwest to be guided by the company's vision for the future of health care delivery: person-centered care for body, mind, and spirit, powered by innovation.
