The most recent employment numbers

 

Worker   Washington County's unemployment rate remained at 3.2 percent in September, according to the Oregon Employment Department.
  This marks 12 straight months where unemployment was at or below 3.5 percent - the longest run of unemployment at this level since the mid-1990s.
   Washington County added 3,600 jobs between September 2017 and September 2018, with construction leading the employment growth, although manufacturing added the most jobs over the year.
