Paycheck   In his blog, Oregon Economic Analysis' Josh Lehner shares his insight on wages in the state.
Lehner looks at where the average wage stands in Oregon in comparison to national levels.
"Today, Oregon's average wage is at 94 percent of the U.S. average. This is the highest relative position Oregon has seen since the height of the timber industry in the late 1970s, when Oregon was 96 percent of the U.S. average," said Lehner.
He also said most all of Oregon's counties are seeing wages above the national average or close to it.
Oregon's wages are also staying ahead of inflation.
