WEA March column - endorsing upcoming safety levies

K9 Chase   Two Westside safety/police organizations are looking for voters to answer its call at the May ballot box.
Washington County Sheriff's Office will be presenting voters with a public safety levy replacement of $0.47 per $1,000 of assessed value, and the Tigard Police will ask for passage of a levy of $0.29 per $1,000 of assessed value.
This month's WEA column in Pamplin Media's Business Tribune talks about the importance of Westside's first responders and its justice system.
