WEA column shines a light on King City
August's WEA column in the Portland Tribune's Business Tribune looks to King City.
The city has gone from being a small retirement community surrounding a golf course to a more diverse town with bigger plans.
Between Highway 99W and Roy Rogers Road, more than 500 acres has been brought inside the urban growth boundary, and this is where King City is expecting to see development in four different areas that will transform the city in the coming years.
