Lacey Beaty | City of Beaverton
Mayor Beaty was elected Beaverton’s Mayor in 2020 and took office in January 2021. Prior to serving as Mayor, she served for six years on Beaverton City Council. Before joining the City Council, she was a volunteer for the city’s Visioning Advisory Committee, serving as vice-chair. She is engaged in the community including serving on the boards of HomePlate Youth Services and Community Action. She commits to making our community even more diverse, inclusive, and welcoming.
She is the youngest-ever elected official and the first woman Mayor in Beaverton’s history. Mayor Beaty is married, and her husband Ian is a Major with the U.S. Army and a full-time officer in the Oregon Army National Guard. Mayor Beaty has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Oregon State University and a graduate degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific University.
Rory Bialostosky | City of West Linn
Mayor Bialostosky is a longtime resident of West Linn’s Willamette neighborhood. Elected to the City Council in 2020 at age 21, Rory is the youngest City Councilor and Mayor in West Linn’s history and one of Oregon’s youngest elected officials. He believes strongly in the power of collaboration and working together to better our community.
Rory attended West Linn schools throughout his childhood and graduated from West Linn High School in 2018. He continued his education at Lewis & Clark College and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in International Affairs in 2022. He worked as an intern at Harker Lepore LLC—a small real estate law firm— and Perkins Coie LLP. In the future, Rory intends to go to law school.
Frank Bubenik | City of Tualatin
Mayor Bubenik was elected to the Tualatin City Council in November of 2010 and re-elected in November 2014. He was elected as mayor in 2018, taking office in January 2019. Frank was re-elected as mayor in 2022.
He currently is serving on the Washington County Coordinating Committee (Chair) , Tualatin Aging Task Force, and Metropolitan Mayors’ Consortium, Small Cities Consortium of Greater Portland Inc (Chair). Frank is a board member of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce, Westside Economic Alliance, and Neighbors Nourishing Communities.
Steve Callaway | City of Hillsboro
Mayor Callaway has served on the Hillsboro City Council since 2010, first as a Councilor and has served as Mayor since 2017. His current term expires in January 2025.
In January 2024 Mayor Callaway, along with the City of Hillsboro, was awarded the Economic Equity Award from Centro Cultural, and is a 2021 recipient of Oregon League of Minority Voters’ Liberty and Hope Award.
He currently serves as the Board Chair for Community Action and is the Past President of the League of Oregon Cities and former President of Oregon Mayor’s Association. Steve also serves on the Board of the National League of Cities, currently sits on the NLC’s Presidential Election Task Force.
Steve and his wife, Joan, enjoy living close to their kids and watching their grandchildren grow up. They also enjoy summertime Hops games.
Julie Fitzgerald | City of Wilsonville
Mayor Fitzgerald was elected as Wilsonville’s ninth mayor in 2020.
She collaborates with community members, City of Wilsonville staff, and elected officials across the region to advance the objectives of Oregon’s 22nd largest city. She serves a population of more than 27,000 and a diverse, industrial employment force of 21,000.
During a previous term on the Wilsonville City Council (2013-16), Julie chaired the SMART Transit Master Plan Task Force, helped launch the Civics Academy, and advanced the Basalt Creek Concept Area plan to increase Wilsonville’s future capacity for family-wage jobs.
Julie enjoys spending time with her family: her husband, Bob, a retired librarian; three sons; two step-daughters; and two grandchildren. Her favorite activities include reading, gardening, community involvement, walking, and live theater.
Stephanie Jones | City of Banks
Mayor Jones is finishing her second term as Mayor of the City of Banks. Prior to that she served a term on city council.
She is the Chair of the Public Advisory Board, and serves on the Washington County Coordinating Committee, Washington County Transit Committee, and Public Safety Coordinating Council.
Outside of being mayor, Stephanie is the President of the Friends of the Banks Library. She is the Fair Director for the Northwest Science Expo which is the state level science competition for 5th-12th grade students. She has also joined the costume committee for two of her daughter’s plays at regional theaters.
Teri Lenahan | City of North Plains
Mayor Lenahan chose public service to contribute to making things better than she found them. Mayor Teri’s focus has been on bringing awareness to her community for economic stability and residential vitality.
Her day job informs her work ethic and guides her patience as she treats her clients as family and recognizes the importance of empathy when dealing with challenging situations. She is a Certified Senior Advocate who helps give a voice to the aging population and helps her clients understand the continuum of care process.
As the President of the Oregon Mayors Association, she assisted in crafting the OMA’s Homelessness Proposal, which was presented to Governor Kotek and the 2023 State Legislature for consideration.
Heidi Lueb | City of Tigard
Mayor Lueb is the first female Mayor in Tigard. She served on the City Council for four years prior to being elected Mayor in 2022.
Heidi Lueb grew up in Central Point, Oregon with her mom, brother and grandparents. She was the first on her maternal side to go to college and holds her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree from Texas Women’s University. She credits her success to her teachers, mentors, and community members that invested in her.
Heidi is a 4-time Ironman and is part of a small coaching business as well. She enjoys being outdoors with her husband and their pets. Heidi is excited to put her business skills and background to work for the citizens of Tigard and eager to bring in a new generational perspective.
Tim Rosener | City of Sherwood
Mayor Rosener is a dynamic leader recently elected as the Mayor of Sherwood, having served as Council President for the previous five years, with over two decades of experience in local government. Tim has a passion for local government and is dedicated to enhancing and ensuring the safety and livability of Sherwood for all community members. Solving for affordable and missing middle housing, Economic development, Broadband, and placemaking are key focus areas for Sherwood.
Tim is an entrepreneur who has spent most of his career selling software and services to cities in 37 states focused on Finance, Utilities, Planning Zoning, and Taxes, which gives him a unique perspective on what is possible.
