Brannigan Vogt – Washington County Workforce Analyst, Employment Department

Brannigan Vogt is the Workforce Analyst for Washington County at the Oregon Employment Department. He has been living, working, and studying in the Portland Metro area since moving here in 2016. Brannigan holds an M.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from Portland State University. 

Jody Robbins – Director Apprenticeship & Training, State of Oregon

Jody became a full-time instructor and later the education coordinator for the Western Washington Sheet Metal Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee, leaving that position after 6 years to become Washington’s apprenticeship technical specialist in the Department of Labor. He was then hired as the state director of apprenticeship where he was instrumental in the development of a formal apprenticeship preparation system in the state and inspiring state legislative leaders to invest in the expansion of registered apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship in the state. Most recently, Jody served as the Industrial Statistician for Washington managing the 40 staff within the prevailing wage program. He is excited to bring his expertise to the Apprenticeship Division at the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. 

Andrew McGough – Executive Director, Worksystems, Inc

As Executive Director of a nonprofit policy and funding organization since 2005, Andrew leads efforts to invest in strategies that strengthen and expand the regional workforce. With nearly two decades of experience, he focuses on aligning resources to improve economic opportunity and workforce quality across the region.

Pam Hester – Workforce Development, Portland Community College

Leader in non-profit and higher education with expertise in establishing strategic partnerships that strengthen our community. Pam enjoys designing, implementing and managing programs, and supporting leaders and managers. Some of my accomplishments include implementing a $5.5 million program that aligns major workforce development and housing systems in four counties to better assist low-income people to get training, find jobs and achieve economic self-sufficiency. As well as establishing an alternative education program for at-risk youth, securing funding and accreditation, implementing and managing programs.

Andrew Beyer – CEO, EC Electric

Andrew has been at EC Electric, one of the largest privately held electrical contractors in the Pacific
Northwest, for 10 years and is currently CEO. He served as AGC Oregon Columbia Chapter President
from 2009-2010 and now serves on the National Electrical Contractor Association (NECA-Oregon)
Barnes Allison Labor Management Cooperation Committee.

G. Bundy – Professional Learning Coach NWRESD

G Douglas Bundy is currently a Professional Learning Coach for the NWRESD focusing on workforce development and CTE program support. Previously he was a technology integration specialist, innovation strategist, and K-12 classroom teacher in the areas of band, orchestra, and technology arts in the Beaverton School District. 

Travis Reiman – Superintendent, Hillsboro School District

Superintendent Travis Reiman began his career at North Eugene Alternative High School as an instructional assistant and has worked as a teacher and professional development specialist in schools in northwest Oregon, as well as in the states of Jalisco and Hidalgo in Mexico. Prior to assuming his current role, Travis served as elementary school principal, Director of English Learner and Migrant Programs, as well as Executive Director of Teaching & Learning, and Assistant Superintendent. He has led investment in curriculum and technology tools to support instruction from early literacy to Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate courses. Travis serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the Portland Metro STEM Partnership.

Mitra Anoushiravani – Field Representative, US Senator Jeff Merkley

As a Field Representative for U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley, Mitra serves Multnomah and Washington Counties by building relationships with local stakeholders and advancing community priorities. Previously, Mitra directed outreach for the Oak Lodge Governance Project, where Mitra secured major grant funding and led a comprehensive economic impact study to guide local governance decisions.

Randall Friesen – Executive Secretary Treasurer, Columbia Pacific Building & Construction Trades Council

Randall is the Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the Columbia Pacific Building and Construction Trades Council (CPBCTC). With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, he is a product of a 5-year, 8,000-hour Oregon State Registered Apprenticeship program through The United Association of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 290 (UA290). He has since worked in many different areas of the construction industry as an Apprentice and Journey Level worker, including Commercial, Industrial, Nuclear, and High-Tech. After graduation, Randall worked in the field designing and installing piping systems and then transitioned to supervision as well as working for UA290 as an apprenticeship instructor.Contact: Randall@cpbctc.com or 503-774-0546 

Madeline Shick – CTE Coordinator Beaverton School District

Madeline brings over a decade of experience in Career and Technical Education, leading initiatives that connect students with real-world learning and career pathways. With a strong background in partnership management and community engagement, she has advanced CTE programs across K-12 and higher education through roles at Beaverton School District, Portland Community College, and Vancouver Public Schools.

Elizabeth Mazzara Myers –

Westside Economic Alliance, Executive Director 

As Executive Director of Westside Economic Alliance, Elizabeth leads WEA in its strategic direction, membership, programming, and advocacy work. She is the organization’s primary spokesperson. Elizabeth has more than 15 years of policy and political experience in Oregon, including her role as Chief of Staff to elected officials in both Multnomah and Washington counties. Elizabeth currently serves on the Statewide Tolling Rulemaking Advisory Committee, Intel’s Community Advisory Panel, Metro’s Freight and Commodities Study Stakeholder Advisory Committee, and the City of Portland’s Government Transition Committee. She is a former board member of the Raphael House of Portland and Pro-Choice Oregon.
