Meet Westside Economic Alliance's staff:
Gail Greenman is the executive director of Westside Economic Alliance and has an extensive background in the policy advocacy arena. She provides visionary and strategic leadership for the organization’s members, committees, and staff. Greenman manages WEA's committee and program administration; governmental affairs; member recruitment and retention; communications; event planning; program development and implementation; and community relations.
Prior to this leadership role at WEA, Greenman served as the lead federal public affairs professional at the Oregon Farm Bureau (OFB), where she cultivated relationships with Oregon’s congressional delegation. She also worked in the federal education policy arena as the director of Government Affairs for the National Association of Federally Impacted Schools.
Having been born in Georgetown and raised in the suburbs of Washington, DC., Greenman developed an early love for policy work. She earned her degree from Indiana University and currently resides in West Linn with her husband and two daughters.
Communications and Marketing Manager
Teresa Dunham is the marketing and communications manager for Westside Economic Alliance. She joined the organization in June of 2007. Her duties with WEA include writing the weekly newsletter; coordinating events; managing the organization’s social media channels; handling WEA’s website; participating in WEA committees; and designing, writing and editing other publications to promote the organization and its work. Teresa's background is in journalism and public affairs. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon and an avid Ducks fan.
Office & Membership Manager
KC Reinhart is the office and membership manager for Westside Economic Alliance. She joined WEA in June of 2017 and is responsible for the organization’s accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financials. She also manages membership dues; registers event guests; and participates in WEA committee activities. KC began her career as a paralegal for an estate, corporate, and tax law firm, then adding administrative, human resources, and accounting duties there and at other legal and financial firms during her career. She attended Portland State University.
